Ayda Hornak and Jake Edwards trial of Charles Poliquin's BioSignature Modulation with Assassin PT's trainers Lana Chapman and Larissa Watt
Assassin Personal Training Roo Burgers
1Kg Kangaroo Mince makes 8-10 Patties
In a bowl mix:
Fresh Basil - chopped
Fresh Oregano - chopped
Fresh Thyme - chopped
4 cloves of garlic - finely grated
1-2tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1-2tsp Cayenne Pepper
Whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined, add kangaroo mince, make sure to mix together well, otherwise it could end up chewy.
Once well combined, cover with cling wrap and leave in the refidgerater overnight to get the best flavour. Divid into patties and fry off with olive oil.
Lana and Larissa’s Tip:
Roo is quite dry, so use a little more than normal!

Girls ruled in this weigh-in with Ayda winning in body fat loss and weight loss!
Ayda: lost one kilo and 1.6% body fat
Jake: lost a half of a kilo and 0.8 % body fat!
Unlike many other co-workers Jake and Ayda are now getting used to regularly taking off their clothes to measure their progress.
Jake has been following the diet very strictly and has cut out all sugar (besides the occasional coffee), has switched to eating meat at every meal, has stopped eating processed food (cereals, bread, etc) and has almost completely cut carbs out of his diet.
As you can all see from Jake’s back, he is getting more definition in his arms and back.
Homework for Jake:
Get more consistent with post work out magnesium…
So Friday rolled around again and it was time to step on the scales and see if eating meat everyday for breakfast had really helped Ayda and Jake loose weight and body fat.
So on the scales they both went…
Ayda found out that she lost one kilo but her body fat percentage went up to 25%… Larissa and Lana assured her that it was because it was “that time of month”
Jake on the other hand lost a whopping 3 kilos… It probably didn’t have anything to do with the crazy workout Jake did with Lana!
Jake also lost 1.4 percent in body fat! Go Jake! It was definitely the rowing!
